Sensual Implications Of The Manner Of Your Dressing

, / 123 7

Airboney Omo-Jesu comes with another cracker on issues that many people (youths) have been unable to come to terms with. Dressing is an issue where many people tend to shy away from, but as usual, Airboney takes our mind to the issues as relates to YOU – A Christian.

This is truly “The Truth For The Heart And Not The Ear Only”

“Your manner of dress and accessories should not draw attention to sensual implications”…. Matthew Adedoyin

My apologies, but I have to say this: so many girls hide under the deception of the devil’s theory: don’t judge a book by its cover. So many have heard this and have used this  as a means of justifying their inability to dress like a wise individual and the most unfortunate side to this is some of this so called ‘Christians ’ fall under this same category of hypocrites. People that want to leave a fashion statement so they dress half naked and yet open their mouth to claim that they are among the body of CHRIST!!! Such people are either lost or have been found by the enemy.

It is an understatement when I say such act is preposterous. Streamlining it down to the social sites and network sites, I ask this: why would a lady have 90% of her nakedness revealed on her profile picture or DP and then post a status claiming her love for Christ or propelling the gospel?! What does righteousness and wickedness have in common (1 Cor 6:14)? You do not do that!! NO!! It is wrong!! You are either for CHRIST or against CHRIST!! And if you are for CHRIST then cover up as the BIBLE expects you to do so (1 Pet 3:3-4)

1 Cor 6: 19 &20 states:

(19) Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own

(20) You were bought at a price. Therefore honour God with your body.

It is hypocritical to see you looking all ‘holy’ in church only for you to turn around to look like a ‘slut’ when out of church. Left to human judgment, such people do not deserve GOD’s grace, one bit… but hey, Thank GOD for his everlasting mercy. People need to start thinking with their head and not with their flesh!! This thing called ‘HELL’ is not the imagination of a psychopath. It is real and it is ready for those who are not ready for heaven.

To the wise, a lot has been said, but to the Unwise, a thousand more words would make no difference to them. Don’t be the fool; no one says you shouldn’t step up your fashion collection but if it isn’t going to take you closer to THE THRONE OF GRACE, then get rid of it before reality hits you in the FACE!

Peace y’all

Thanks for reading

  • Fantastic article. I definitely appreciate how finely detailed you got in your article, and I think many individuals will walk away from reading it understanding more then they did previously.

  • I read, I was happy a lady wrote this. Our dressing is a refection of who we are and the home we come from. Like Steve Harris said "You can't dress like a suspect and be treated like a prospect. Prostitutes at the brothel can't wear suit because it won't attract their clients. Dress the way you want to be address. God bless you Airboney Omo-Jesu.

    • Many people think its good or they look great when they "rag-up" and come to Church. I always ask myself "Do these people have mirrors in their houses?"

The Church should be given the respect it is due. For people to aspire to greater heights, they should know that physical appearance plays a great deal in people concluding what they want to conclude about them.

People should not be deceived, one gets treated like rags when they are "ragged".

A lovely piece. Truth be told, though very hard to take in, but then it must be told by someone so that some people will hear and be blessed.

Thanks for shedding light on an aspect that has been seen as "a-no-go-area" in our present day Christiandom. Please keep up the good work.

  • Hmmm, let those who have ears listen and ear what the Spirit saith unto the Church. Very deep and revealing. God bless you Airboney

at some point, the truth must be said. its left for the read to buy the truth and never sell it…

  • Yet another great piece by Airboney Omo-Jesu highlighting the ends of the tunnel where many Christians shy away from.
I hope that many people will learn a thing or two from this.
    Keep up the great work.
