A mother is a precious gift from God. A mother is there to cushion us as we grow through the stages of our lives. A mother is always there for us, whether we believe so or not.
When your Mother’s health is at stake, do you think of your presence or make your money go the extra mile to represent your presence? The distance may be fora and the immediate option being sending your money on your behalf, but do our presence most often bring healing to Our sick relatives vis a vis Our Mothers?
The story below is about a woman whose mother took ill, she is contemplating going in person to visit her mother, but her husband is considering their present financial circumstances and advising her to send the money instead.
How much do you love your Mother?
She has asked the Parliament to ADVISE her and the husband…
Her mother recently took ill and her siblings have been on her neck to come home THIS WEEKEND for a family meeting (on the best treatment option for their mother).
She has relayed her desire to go home (South East) from their base (Abuja) to her husband but he suggested that she puts together whatever (MONEY) she will have to spend on transportation and send home, instead.
He said it’s more cost effective that way since their finances are a bit tight at this period. She is not happy with his stance on this matter and that is why they have written for ADVICE.
Both husband and wife will be reading our deliberations on this matter today. She is the eldest daughter of her parents…her father is late.
When a Mother’s life is at risk, do you consider visiting in person or sending money to represent your person? Most times, Money may be the ultimate thing that sick people really need, but Our presence most often brings healing.
