Anger is the natural expression of Our emotions. Anyone could get angry and exhibit their emotions outwardly or inwardly.

One could describe Anger as the manifestation of frustration, dislikes etc. It could also be the expression of commotion in the inner being. It can also manifest as a result of any psychological outburst. Can we consider Anger to be healthy, or is it just the outburst that is a danger?

What is anger and how could it be managed?

According to Medical News Today, “Anger is a natural emotion. Mild forms of anger include displeasure, irritation or dislike.

Anger can come as a reaction to criticism, threat, or frustration. This is usually a healthy response. Anger may be a secondary response to feeling sad, lonely or frightened.”

Where does ANGER come from?

Where does it come from? And how can we handle it in a healthy, Godly way?
There is much confusion on the issue, especially for Christians. James 1:17-20

“Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows. He chose to give us birth through the word of truth, that we might be a kind of firstfruits of all he created” (NIV).

My dear brothers, take note of this: Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry, for man’s anger does not bring about the righteous life that God desires.

Therefore, get rid of all moral filth and the evil that is so prevalent and humbly accept the word planted in you, which can save you. Never you allow your emotions to control you.

Whenever you become angry, pray to God to guide you on how to escape its grip.

May the grace of God continue to abide in us in every moment of our lives.
