Bitterness is a by-product of painful experiences. No one goes into any Relationship with the mind of having some bitterness or painful experiences. When your Relationship turns sour and bitterness sets in, how do you turn your painful experiences around?

The experiences you must have passed through on your voyage called life may be enough to put you off the mark of even going through some processes in life once again. But when you look back at how far you have come and how well you have recovered from these setbacks, it makes your heart strong.

Avoid Bitterness & painful Experiences

“Whenever God delivers you from a painful experience, you must also ask Him to deliver you from the bitterness that results from it. Most times what holds men down is not the experience but the bitterness that results from it.”

Someone once said this (above) and I agree so much with it. It’s important that you build up a change of heart from any type of experience you have had so that you can free yourself of any bitterness thereof.

It’s quite easy for us as humans to ask for forgiveness from God, yes God forgives us, but still, we most often forget to forgive ourselves, and it becomes hard to let go of all the bitterness that resulted from such experience.

Learn to forgive yourself, let go of the past and the present will pave way for the future for you.
