In this day and age, about 95% of people attend Pentecostal Churches in search of miracles.
The times and days of attending Church service to hear stories about the Bible and words that will edify both your Body, Spirit and Soul has gone. Today it is either you have the ability to see Vision, give Spiritual gifts in the form of Prophecy, making people pregnant in the Lord (only God knows which “lord” they refer to) etc.
Many cover-up by misquoting the Bible as written in Mark 16:17-18 KJV: – “17 And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; 18 They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover”.
Just recently, there came reports about people that died in a stampede in Ghana in the bid to get access to “prophetic holy water” being “SOLD” by one of their Prophets.
Now don’t go blabbing because I used the word ‘sold’. Yes, these artefacts (water in a container in this case) are practically sold to those that are gullibly brave enough to buy them.
Listen very well, taking a look at ALL the miracles that Jesus Christ of Nazareth, the one born of the Virgin Mary did, I could not see ANY one that was repetitive. All miracles performed by Jesus Christ were all unique in their own ways.
Are you still in Search of Miracles?
- How much have you spent so far in your quest for Miracles?
- Have you mortgaged your life, your present and your future and even the future of your generations yet unborn, simply because you are seeking for a MIRACLE?
Many people are now allowing these artefacts to become the subject of their faith. Jesus Christ and God have been officially relegated to the back of their lives. It is either “My Pastors said” or “My Prophet said” or not.
“Blessed handkerchief”, “blessed mantle”, blessed olive oil, blessed holy water has now overtaken the Power of God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit in their lives.
Are you a Miracle Agent?
Next time you say that Members of a certain Church are worshipping graven images in their shrines, ask yourself if you are not worshipping the bottle of olive oil by the side of your bed or worshipping your Pastor or founder and CEO of your Church. Even that handkerchief you bought from your last visit, could that be regarded as a “graven image”? Now only you can tell.
As for those holy water Agents and their users, continue drinking, cooking, bathing etc with liquid substances that you know nothing of. No wonder your so-called Leader, Prophet, CEO appears to you in your dreams.
If holy water, handkerchiefs, mantles olive oil, etc has now become your main source of connection to God, you need to revisit the reason why you chose to believe in God in the first place. What is your relationship with God through Christ Jesus?.
The choice is all yours.
 etc. Why are Miracles now the most wanted?){kind=link}
Once you see the light and start dishing advice to many, you will appear as an "unbeliever" and also a non-Christian.
All most people see is that you must be "Miracle stuffed" if you want your Church to be packed every service day.
Does who will get lost will never listen to good advise.
Many people have let RELIGION Ruin their lives. Many have even allowed lots of distraction like the searching for MIRACLES more than searching for God through Jesus Christ.
The Christian World is gradually turning into zombies where people just go with the flow, all in the name of attending Church and getting miracles.
Next time you say that Members of a certain church are worshiping graven images in their shrines, ask yourself if you are not worshiping the bottle of olive oil by the side of your bed or worshiping your Pastor or founder and CEO of your church.
Even that handkerchief you bought from your last visit, could that be regarded as a “graven image”?
Now only you can tell.
