Before God created you, He took some Calculated Risks. He created you in His own image, knowing that you might want to change your appearance or your looks. He gave you a good heart, knowing that you may sometimes want to close your heart and act in vengeful ways.
He trusted you to love your neighbour as yourself, though He knows that most times, you may act in very selfish manners.
Take some Calculated Risks
God took risks: – He created 1st Adam and it didn’t work out the way He had already planned it, then He created the second (2nd) Adam. (1 Cor. 15:45-47)
Thus if the first Adam had worked out according to His plans, Jesus would never have come.
God has taken risks in investing in you and I. Can you remember all the “bad” things that you have done? Yet God took the risk to call you “Son”. You need to do more – (Eccl 11:6 and 2 Peter 2:1-8)
In the days of Lot, Sodom and Gomorrah, God destroyed the Land because of their Sins. They never hand any Bible as a guide. No, do you think that God will spare anyone in this our generation who has access to a Bible – The God’s guidance to Us and still cannot make effective use of it?
Calculated Risks or Special Excuse?
What exactly is your “Special Excuse for failure”, what are you doing about it? How do you want to come out of it? All these questions are not too hard to answer, so its up to you know truthfully know what to answer in return.
God has taken His own calculated risk on you, its time you man up and do likewise. Remeber you are created in the Image and likeness of God. Take some calculated risks today.
Make God your way of escape today, and all your Special Excuses will be a thing of the past.
