Do Religious Activities increase the productivity of its proponents? Has the increase in the number of Religious Activities you attend in a Day, Week, Month etc; leave you any room for honest Productivity at your workplace? Do you crave for real productivity in the workplace and wish to know how to go about it? Then this is your chance.
It may interest you to know that most Religious Activities has eaten up many Pentecostals/ Christians that they can’t make out any time for honest productivity. Every New Year, people write out lots of things they plan to stop doing in the cause of the Year, and what not.
But many people forget to write things they needed/must achieve, stop doing or change.
This is not an average New year Resolution that many are accustomed to, but a Resolution or call to reduce some Religious activities to Increase Productivity in the upcoming year.
Religious Activities: How are productivities increased?
Controversial as it sounds; we as a People have gotten to the point that Increase Productivity has taken the last place in our priorities.
What matters to many is the number of Religious Programmes that can boast of attending. No one cares about creating Jobs, boosting the economy via jobs, etc.
No one cares about building Companies, Factories or Industries to boost the employment levels and Production levels in the Nation. All that matters are how many Church or Religious Branches we can cram into a Street, Town or State.
No wonder lots of people are frustrated, tired, worn out and completely burn out, and over-dependent on miracles.
The fact is that God will never come down and create Jobs for us. He has given us the creative enablement to think about Business Ideas, Business plans, Business Drafts, Entrepreneurial Skills etc. And He is earnestly waiting for us to utilise all these creative abilities to do something.
Religious Activities: Mega Prayer Cities vs Jobs
And what do we have or do? We prefer to build Mega Churches and Religious place of worship. Mega Prayer Cities, Mega Congregation etc, so that we can have more people and more activities on daily, weekly, monthly, yearly Bases.
An average religious person prefers to stay in these places of worship and pray for Miracles than go dust their Cvs and go look for work. But alas, where is the job.
Now, the next thing your mind would probably be urging you to say is that I am being anti-Christian or anti-Religion. Yes, you are free to supply such thoughts to your mind, After all, it’s your property.
But No, all I’m asking you to do Is to take a moment and reevaluate your life and your priorities. While it’s good to be Religious, else anarchy steps in. Yet it’s good to deploy your common sense (which unfortunately is not common these days).
How would Jesus feel if you have nothing doing and specialises in borrowing money from people all the time to pay for the last one you borrowed?
There is no need to answer that. In this New Year, have a rethink.
Religious Activities and The Family
Before you open a New Mega Religious centre or Mega Prayer Village, think about how many young minds your investment in a Company or Factory can benefit and turn around their Productivity and financial Capabilities.
Think about How many Families would benefit from organised labour and improved productivities.
When we start investing in Ventures that will stabilise the financial, psychological and wholesomeness of Our Society, it’s is the that God will start opening His Windows on High and Pour out Blessings unto us and Our Nation.
